On behalf of the Data Controller, personal data may be processed by a processor who fully guarantees the application of appropriate technical, organizational, and staffing measures to ensure that processing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and safeguards the rights of the data subject.
Various categories of data may potentially be processed, some of which inherently constitute personal data, such as identification data (name, surname, email address, phone number), while other categories may become personal data when combined with other elements: electronic identification data (IP address, browser used, operating system used, unique electronic identifiers). All other data voluntarily provided by users via the contact form are equally protected.
