More about the seminar:
During 2024 and 2025, significant changes were made to existing banking laws and new laws were adopted. The new banking regulations introduced several concepts into Serbian law for the first time, such as covert bank supervision, supervisory agreements, open banking, payment initiation services, and account information services, among others. Additionally, existing rules on bank restructuring, risk management, creditworthiness assessment, interest rate limits, etc., have been substantially amended. These and other key changes in the banking legal framework will be thoroughly analyzed at the seminar “Amendments to Banking Regulations” organized by the Association for Bankruptcy Law.
