The Insolvency Law Association, in cooperation with the law firm Nikčević/Kapor, is organizing a conference:

“DIGITAL ASSETS AS THE SUBJECT OF ENFORCEMENT”

We are particularly pleased to announce the presentation by Dr. Christian Koller, Professor at the Institute of Civil Procedural Law at the University of Vienna, Austria (Keynote), on the topic: “DIGITAL ASSETS IN ENFORCEMENT AND INSOLVENCY” (language of presentation – English, interpreter provided).
