FOUNDING CONFERENCE - EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT

The Conference will host the most distinguished experts in the field of bankruptcy law and related legal disciplines, including professionals from academia, the judiciary, legal practice, industry, and government institutions.

The structure of the Conference will include an introductory and overview segment, followed by presentations of papers addressing current issues in bankruptcy law.

Subsequently, roundtable discussions will be organized on various thematic areas, ranging from debates on contentious practical issues faced by bankruptcy trustees, creditors, and their representatives (attorneys), to topics such as forced liquidation and other current, practical matters in bankruptcy and related fields of law.
