III Bankruptcy Conference

The Association for Bankruptcy Law (USP) held the III Bankruptcy Conference.

In a packed hall at the Chamber of Commerce in Belgrade, two roundtable discussions were held as part of the conference.

At the first roundtable, titled “Online Sales in Bankruptcy,” moderated by Dr. Mihajlo Živković (Erste Bank Serbia), the speakers were: Judge Gordana Anić (Commercial Appellate Court), Dejan Milovanović (Agency for Licensing Bankruptcy Trustees), and Svetlana Pandurov (bankruptcy trustee).

The second roundtable, organized on the topic “Legalization and Bankruptcy,” was moderated by Prof. Dr. Nenad Tešić. The participants discussing current issues in this field included: Đorđe Milić (Agency for Spatial Planning and Urbanism), Miloš Bjelanović (Assistant Director of the Republic Geodetic Authority), Judge Darko Cukanić (Commercial Court in Belgrade), and Mihajlo Srdić (attorney).

The conference was held in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia and IFC (International Finance Corporation).
