III Bankruptcy Conference

The Bankruptcy Law Association held the 3rd Business Law Conference on October 2–3, 2025, in the conference hall of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.

Particular attention was devoted to the following topics:

• The new legal framework for consumer loans,

• Challenges of litigation in commercial disputes,

• Digitalization of litigation procedures,

• At the crossroads of corporate and family law (joint property and shares in a company),

• Bankruptcy law de lege ferenda,

• Responsible business practices of retail chains,

• Tax law in the business environment.
