Jelena Radović was born in Kraljevo. In addition to completing her studies and earning the title of Law Graduate (Bachelor of Laws), she acquired specialized knowledge in PR management (public relations) through professional development at the PRA Business School of Public Relations in Belgrade.

She gained experience in commercial law by working at EFG Bank AD Belgrade as a credit business advisor, followed by professional engagements in several renowned law firms in Belgrade, as well as through management roles in the private sector.

She possesses expertise in personal data protection, acquired through her work with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, as well as experience in Serbia’s accession to the European Union.

Jelena has participated in numerous conferences on commercial law, particularly the Commercial Court Judges’ Conferences, and other esteemed professional associations.

She has been the Secretary of the Bankruptcy Law Association since its founding.
