Founding conference The Bankruptcy Law Association held its Founding Conference on June 1–2, 2023. The two-day event featured eight panels (roundtable discussions) where the most prominent experts in corporate and commercial law addressed current issues in corporate and bankruptcy law, including forced liquidation, assignment of claims, practical problems and ambiguities in limited liability companies, business challenges in the digital age, and annulments in the recognition of decisions in the practice of Serbian courts.

Regional Conference on International Bankruptcy (BLA, UNCITRAL, and EBRD) The “Regional Conference on International Bankruptcy” was held on June 7, 2024, organized by the Bankruptcy Law Association (BLA), UNCITRAL, and the EBRD. The Conference registered over 200 participants, both attending in person at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce Hall and via online access, representing nearly all continents. II ANNUAL CONFERENCE The Bankruptcy Law Association (BLA) held its 2nd Annual Conference on June 18-19, 2024. The two-day event featured ten panels and roundtable discussions, where 47 speakers and moderators addressed the most pressing issues in the field of business law.
