Additionally, existing rules on bank restructuring, risk management, creditworthiness assessment, interest rate limits, etc., have been substantially amended. These and other key changes in the banking legal framework will be thoroughly analyzed at the seminar “Amendments to Banking Regulations” organized by the Association for Bankruptcy Law.

FOUNDING CONFERENCE
Founding conference The Bankruptcy Law Association held its Founding Conference on June 1–2, 2023. The two-day event featured eight panels (roundtable discussions) where the most prominent experts in corporate and commercial law addressed current issues in corporate and bankruptcy law, including forced liquidation, assignment of claims, practical problems and ambiguities in limited liability companies, business challenges in the digital age, and annulments in the recognition of decisions in the practice of Serbian courts.
